A composite structure beyond wood's limits
The FPL pallet combines a high-density plywood core with durable plastic facings sealed on both sides. This transmits vibration far more evenly than wood and ensures homogeneous concrete compaction.
- Density 0.73–0.75 g/cm³ — clearly superior to pine wood (0.45–0.52).
- Compressive strength ≈ 63 MPa — 15–20% higher than wood (≈53 MPa).
- Weight stability ±5–6% — wood deviates up to 25% due to moisture.
